Therese M. Heeg, M.S, ACC, is Founder and President of LifeWorks Coaching & Training and is an ICF Certified Coach who brings over 20 years of coaching experience to her clients. She is a master at growing and developing people from the C- Suite to the front line and has worked with clients in the United States, Canada, Europe and Africa. This experience has informed her ability to customize a coach approach to fit the client’s culture and to ensure alignment with strategic goals and metrics.
Therese has a passion for bringing a fresh, open and innovative perspective to her coaching that leads to breakthrough results in short periods of time. She is an expert at helping leaders leverage their strengths while also developing new skills and capabilities, especially in areas like team building, accountability, trust, delegation, communication and change management.
Bringing a passion for helping leaders manage their resiliency as they manage organizational change, Therese has delivered presentations at local, regional and national conferences on this topic. Some of the organizational changes she has supported include partnering with executives and operational leaders to open new hospitals and clinics, merge entities, redeploy employees, implement new technology, and build new leadership teams.
Other areas of expertise include building leaders’ ability to increase employee engagement, manage difficult situations, coach and mentor staff, increase civility in the workplace and increase accountability.
Therese is a lifelong learner and holds a Master of Science in Administrative Leadership as well as certifications in the Hogan Assessment Suite (Hogan Assessments), Brain Based Results Coaching (NeuroLeadership Institute), Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Influencer (Vital Smarts), Facilitation (DDI), Coaching (Coach University), Organizational Development (ASTD) and the MBTI.
